Join Tough Cookies and special guest coach Alicia Burghardt as we explore a fun and new way to workout with a cardio dance and stretch and mobility recovery class.
The 60 minute class will be broken up into a 30 minute dance cardio and a 30 minute stretch and mobility class to introduce our clients to each type of coaching becoming available to Tough Cookie Training.
Reservations are mandatory and only 6 spots are available in studio to make sure that we are able to safely distance everyone from each other,.
If you are unable to attend in person, an online LIVE broadcast of the sample class will be available for you to workout in the comfort of your own home.
