Looking for a new way to increase your cardio and strength endurance.  Boxing Strength & Conditioning will do just that!  Working in three minute rounds you will get the chance to  work a body- weight, cardio, strength  training, and pad work circuit.s.   Each workout is designed to help you punch harder and last longer in your workouts.
